Deine Mission:
- Du analysierst Sales-Daten & KPIs, um die perfekte Warenverfügbarkeit sicherzustellen.
- Du erstellst Forecasts & Budgetplanungen, um den Umsatz zu maximieren.
- Du optimierst unser Sortiment und stellst sicher, dass die richtigen Produkte zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort sind.
- Du arbeitest eng mit Buying, Allocation und Controlling zusammen und treibst strategische Entscheidungen voran.
- Du überwachst Abverkäufe & Bestände, um Trends frühzeitig zu erkennen und Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten.
Was du mitbringen solltest:
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Fokus auf Merchandising, Business oder Controlling.
- Erste Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position – idealerweise im Retail-, Fashion- oder Lifestyle-Bereich.
- Eine starke analytische Denkweise und sicherer Umgang mit Excel & Warenwirtschaftssystemen.
- Begeisterung für Streetwear, Sneaker & Trends und das Verständnis für unsere Zielgruppe.
- Du hast ein sehr hohes KPI Verständnis
- Du bist ein Teamplayer und hast Lust, in einem dynamischen Umfeld mitzugestalten.
