In your role as Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be the Store Manager’s right hand and a vital support to them. When they’re absent from work, you’ll take over the reins, keeping the relevant store goals clearly in mind and leading your team to daily victory! We’ll rely on you and give you lots of responsibility, as well as varied and challenging tasks to help you grow. You’ll have the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally and to move your career forward. We’ll support you every step of the way. We’ll also provide you with dedicated on-site training, plus a range of online training through our e-learning platform.

You’re the leader! You’ll have overall responsibility for organization and processes within your store. The head of your team, you’ll face up to every challenge thrown your way, no matter how difficult, and work effectively and efficiently with your team to achieve sales successes. Maximizing turnover, optimizing everyday workflows, and constantly motivating and developing your employees will be part and parcel of your daily work. And at SNIPES, you’ll be always up to date! By taking part in our regular conference calls or interregional meetings, you’ll be part of a huge network that will keep you informed of important developments, in detail and in good time. This will give you the tools you need to achieve your store goals, which you’ll define in close collaboration with your District Manager.

At SNIPES, we fill existing vacancies from our own ranks wherever possible, and so we place high priority on training. We believe that today’s trainees are the specialists and managers of tomorrow. For many years now, we’ve been enabling junior sales staff to embark on successful career paths. Your main tasks will include providing effective customer support and advice, coming up with inspiring merchandise presentations, ensuring all sales processes run smoothly, and getting stuck into various different retail processes. Each year, we kick off with a Germany-wide kick-off event and support you throughout your training with on-site seminars and target group-specific online training sessions on our e-learning platform. On top of this, we offer our most promising trainees the chance to participate in a fast-track schedule that will prepare them for the challenges of a managerial role. And the dual training offered by SNIPES is rounded off by time attending a vocational school.
