Deine Aufgaben
- Entwicklung und Optimierung von Passformen und Verarbeitungstechniken in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Design- und Produktentwicklungsteams
- Verantwortung für die Erstellung und Pflege technischer Unterlagen wie Maßtabellen, Verarbeitungsvorschriften und Produktionsanweisungen inkl. Durchführung von Fittings
- Koordination und Qualitätskontrolle von Prototypen, Mustern und Produktionsläufen, inklusive Kommentierung und Freigabe
- Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Produktionsstätten und Lieferanten zur Sicherstellung höchster Verarbeitungs- und Qualitätsstandards
- Identifikation und Implementierung von Optimierungsmöglichkeiten entlang des Produktionsprozesses, um Effizienz und Kosten zu verbessern
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Nachhaltigkeits- und Qualitätsstandards
Dein Profil
- Studium im Bereich Textil- und Bekleidungstechnologie oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bekleidungstechnik
- fundierte Kenntnisse in Schnittentwicklung, Verarbeitungstechniken, Materialkunde und Produktionsprozessen
- Sicherer Umgang mit Adobe Cloud und MC Office
- Analytisches Denken, hohe Problemlösungsfähigkeit und ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, insbesondere bei der Koordination komplexer Abläufe und interdisziplinärer Teams
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und ein selbstständiger Arbeitsstil
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, insbesondere Fachenglisch
- Zuverlässige, selbstständige und termingetreue Arbeitsweise
